Kayla Argo is an attorney licensed in both Oklahoma and Texas. Luckily, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is governed by federal law, so she can help anyone anywhere get a United States trademark. She grew up in Kansas and earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in mass communications (theater) and English (literature) from Southwestern Oklahoma State University before taking a left turn to attend law school at the University of Oklahoma. #BoomerSooner. Kayla graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2015, and moved to Dallas, Texas, to begin her legal career. She worked with a LegalZoom affiliate firm for four years and then worked with LegalZoom Legal Services directly for four years, practicing primarily trademark law for the last eight years. Kayla is passionate about trademark law and helping entrepreneurs and small businesses protect their dreams. She saw that her clients were being offered limited assistance through prior firms and wanted to offer a more holistic approach to trademark representation, so ICONIC TRADEMARKS was born.
